Review - Rober G. Allen & Mark Victor Hansen - One Minute Millionaire

I listened to the following the last week. It like much at the moment has been sat on my mp3 player for such a long time.

I remember many moons ago when I was starting to really get into NLP. Gosh that seems like a long time ago.

Why aren't book written in an NLP presenting recommended style based on the 4Mat system or at least: Facts, figures theory reinforced by a metaphor or story?

This type and style of teaching and learning is only limited by a teachers imagination and ability. Ah we may hit a problem here in the UK.

I couldn't tell you the number of times I've seen this book, in Charity shops or Op shops as they call them in Aus. I freely admit I was put off it for a long time, because it was so small - what could it possibly contain that would be useful that I don't already know? Oh and one of the Authors is Robert G. Allen. Sorry, for me. Robert was always known as the No Money Down Sales Guy.

The past few weeks I've been clearing out my mp3 player of tracks that I've had on it for ages, I thought I might as well listen to this. Audio is here. I freely admit, I listen to a lot, where as some of you may read much. Yet, how much do you or I actually put into practice?

There was a reason that I always wanted a book to be written in a theory and facts followed by a story way. I LIKE IT. Yes, I am sometimes very quick on the up take me.

The book is mostly about the "how to mind set of millionaires", backed up with ideas and actions that would really help you if you followed through on them. It is all backed up with a metaphorically story based on the hard, dry theories. So either way you are a winner.

I'll not give away the story, suffice to say, if you were in the same situation, what would you do and how far would you go to succeed?

This book details how to become a millionaire using the power of leverage: using other people's resources and technology to multiply the effect of what you do. It is filled with quotes, affirmations and sayings. I don't think I've taken as many notes on a particular recording in a long time. Coupled with some format tips I learnt from Jim. I've been on a roll.

Whilst listen to the book, I wrote down several ideas for other products, that I'm thinking of releasing. I'm currently in the market research stage, to see if there is an actual market for them, and I'm not just emotionally attached to the things I like.

I just wish that this had been longer, with real life 'case studies' or stories. Do these works actually have a real world user base and application?

Review - A Happy Pocket Full of Money - David Cameron Gikandi

This is an excellent recording about manifesting money. Word of warning, the beginning is heavy.

I'm glad I listened to Quantum Cookbook, beforehand. The 1st CD is all about quantum physics. It was all pretty heavy going even for me. The next CD is all about time, space, energy and matter. David's discussion about the past, present and future was excellent. There is only the present 'time'. The author obviously knows that this is all pretty heavy going. He tells you, this will all be covered again during later sessions...phew.

Once these topics were covered. It was back to more conventional ideas about manifesting. It was great to hear about using lucid dreaming as part of your manifestation process. David recommended visualization for an hour a day. At 1st I though that was a lot. Yet, I visualize on and off for that amount throughout the day, anyway

Whilst there were no formal exercises, there were many ideas to follow. I think for some, they would like more formal step by step exercises.

Speed of manifestation is down to clearness of thought. Your future is clearly seen in your thoughts, feelings and words that you are currently using. Nothing is difficult. All you need is to be specific, clear and focus. You become what you think about. You really do need to stay clear and focus on the positivity of want you want.

Any problems that occur are there until you narrow your thinking and focus on to what you want. It is really the universe telling you I don't really know what you want. One minute, it is this, one minute it is that....help me, help you.

Thought takes time to manifest. Time is an illusion based on your past. Use your past to help you change and grow. Present results are how you USE TO think. Since thoughts take time, change your thinking NOW and the thoughts will manifest, later. Thus all that I want is already there for me. We are just trying to arrange a way or several ways to meet each other. Everything happens in the mind first.

If you're not experiencing what you want, it is because you don't feel it. I now decide to be X from now on! Your, thoughts and actions should now reflect this decision. The fastest way to anything is just BE. Say to yourself I am X. Doubt as little as possible.

Do you expect massive success? I though this was an excellent question. I immediately drew up EXPECT MASSIVE SUCCESS, and slapped it on my vision board. Actually I wrote I now expect massive success

Success boils down to the following:

BE - feeling
Thinking - End result, specific and detailed
Speaking -I am, present tense, positively framed
Action - The final and smallest step. This is how you actually receive what you want.

This is how you have created everything in your life so far.

Action requires just a small step. Yet most of us, don’t bother to get started. Why? We all complain, I don't know how this will happen. Step 1 has to be followed by step 2. Yet only if you start step 1.

The tool of creation is certainty, faith and belief. True, yet how? You can only do this by making a decision. To understand and get faith. This is explained by quantum physics. Persistence helps too! It is beyond faith. After all persistence is one small step beyond faith.

Doubt and uncertainty are your only fears. The abilities you have are beyond you wildest imagination and guesstimation.

Abundance does exist and it is all that exists. If you are in debt or fear debt. Look for the learnings and opportunities. Holding tightly on to sometime prohibits opportunities coming to you.

David's discussion about cause and effect was one of the most through I've ever heard. Excellent discussions were had about wealth and negative things such as war and Hitler. Everything, positive or not is a gift. Many ideas and thoughts about the idea and understanding it were given. What is found in the effect is found in the cause. Supply and demand is caused by cause and effect. If you have an idea, somebody wants to fulfill that idea or they want you to act on that idea. DREAM BIG!

There are many paths to getting what you want. The author discussed 'conditions'. If you believe in them, they will happen. A condition can easily be heard in your language. They are if then statements. If X happens then I .... These are only illusions.

If you are suffering, it is due to you thinking in a wrong way. A way that is taking you off you path and goals.

If you believe in something...your world will manifest it. If you believe and think that you are wealthy. Conditions will form around you to fulfill those thoughts. Yet again this was a brick wall for me, as I once again heard my very strong and negative self talk. Conditions are caused by you.

Which causes or positions are working and are you coming from?

Wealth is a state of being. Conditions are caused by your continual thoughts. You are not your conditions. Things are not right or wrong.

The last CD details some ideas on the physical how to’s of money. Ideas you can actually implement if you have not already done so.

Thanks to listening to this, I’m rewriting my entire ‘perfect day’ movie script with oh so much more detail. If nothing else it is a great exciting exercise to do. My Word Mobile on my PDA has never had so much use.

This, I think is one of the best books I've heard this year. I'm very surprised this, certainly in my circles has not received a wider audience. It can be heavy going at times, you can get stuck over sentences, for me some seemed to loop within themselves. Yet, I really think this book is mind expanding. I really can't recommend this highly enough. I've put a date in my diary in a month’s time, so that I listen to it again. This allows this listening to permeate and become even more a part of my thinking. I’m off to buy the book version, since there is apparently more info, contained within the book version.

Have a clear vision and certainty. Abundance is all there is.

Review - Ayn Rand - The Fountainhead

This is another book from Randy Gage's list. It is the third Ayn Rand book I have heard in the past few months.

Amazon says about the book :

On the surface, it is a story of one man, Howard Roark, and his struggles as an architect in the face of a successful rival, Peter Keating, and a newspaper columnist, Ellsworth Toohey. But the book addresses a number of universal themes: the strength of the individual, the tug between good and evil, the threat of fascism. The confrontation of those themes, along with the amazing stroke of Rand's writing, combine to give this book its enduring influence.

Luckily I heard much of it whilst I was driving to a friend's house. Being told a story is still one of life's great pleasures for me.

The audio recording is almost 30 hours long.

Like all of Ayn's fictional work. It asks questions of the listener or reader. Or am I just becoming more introspective these days?

I think this book is perfect if you have a vision, want or goal. The story follows Howard Roark. For me, he has a single goal, vision, that he holds onto with unshakeable faith and determination, despite all that is thrown or not as the case maybe in his direction.

If you have others telling you, NO, why, forget it. This may just be the story for you.

Review - Charles Fillmore - Prosperity

It's not often I read a book and go wow. In fact I can't remember the last time I did that.

This little book, is quite frankly...excellent. For me it was a real eye opener. Growing up I spent five years at a Cathedral School here in the UK. Thus religious overtones and teachings were everywhere. I don't remember being taught anything about money, wealth and prosperity. In fact I don't remember being lambastered about sinners either. Yet I'm sure like much religious teaching it is all done subtley.

I liked this book because things I know and have heard constantly were given a very different and prosperous slant. Serveral things came to me and were given a reframe whilst reading the book. The final chapter on the fear and power of money was worth paying for the book alone.

The book details ideas about God as your true source of prosperity. Naturally the bible is quoted heavily. Yet, it asked the reader to look beyond the words and at the 'true' meaning of the sentance or phrase. This to me, is the real magic of the book. I think it will make you question much of what you have heard and think you know about your own religious teachings.

I'm really into EFT at the moment as a way of releasing my negative beliefs and emotions. I had a huge experience of letting go of a negative belief. What really surprised me was, although the belief itself was perhaps small in 'release power'. I was holding on to the belief for dear life. That really, really surprised me. I just didn't know. I went around the rest of the day in sheer bliss. How many more beliefs do I have like that?

The end of the book is filled with questions about the chapters you have read to further facilitate your learning and understands of the material presented.

It now makes me want to read the Millionaires of the Bible Series by Catherine Ponder. I wonder what she'll point out to me.

Charles' book, I think is worth reading again and maybe even again. Maybe it will go on my 'to be read yearly list'. I just wish an audio version was available. You can get a hardcopy version at Amazon or it is availble on line for free at ForgottenBooks.org .

Review - Randy Gage - Crafting Your Vision

This is a collection of 1hr talks by a variety of people on the subject of vision. By listening to the talks you'll learn what a vision is and is not. How to create and manifest your own vision, maybe even your life purpose.

I thought some talks are better than others. Some speakers are even mentioned by other speakers. Thus there are some speakers on vision who really understand what a vision is and how to create it.

It gave me some people to further research, to enlarge and grow my own already successful vision. I've also learnt a few techniques that will further enhance the coming about of my vision. Some of the talks were very motivating. Some talks seemed to be rehashes of other talks.

Actually how to create and grow your own vision, didn't seem very different once you had heard the process and ideas once. Yet, some of the speakers I think really understood and felt the power of crafting, reading and going over their own vision daily. Or they just explained it with words, phrases and stories that really struck accord with me. This recording is worth listening to if you want a pep talk about vision. Some mentioned the book as a man thinketh, yet I didn't hear the one line that really stood out for me in that book

YOUR VISION IS THE PROMISE OF WHAT YOU SHALL ONE DAY BE

Be warned there is much talk use of the words uplines and downlines etc. This, I understand comes from the world of Network Marketing and MLM which Randy Gage is king at. That is how he got all these speakers to talk. They are also in this field.

I really liked listening to Richard Brooke and Lisa Jimenez especially. Randy's talk was good too. I thought I knew much of his story and life, no I didn't.

The audio is going out of production very soon, so if you want to, grab it. Now is your chance. It is a shame you can't download the tracks individually and listen to them as and when you want.

The most expensive thing is the cost of not having a dream.

Review - Abraham Hicks - The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent

This is the 2nd book in the Abraham Hicks collection. You really need to read the first book, Ask and It Is Given. Otherwise I think this book makes little to no sense on its own.

The book is filled with negative belief examples and many positive alternatives. The beliefs themselves are on a gradient scale. Since when you're thinking negatively, you can't just look in a mirror and totally believe the complete opposite. More often that not, it is a granular process to move from your current thinking and position to where you want to be.

I must be honest and say going over all the pages and pages of beliefs, was rather tiresome. Perhaps this is because in most areas of my life I have what I want. It is just in a few areas I want my situation to improve and I know it will over time.

Similarly to the first book, there are plenty of exercises, that will help you maintain positive feelings and intents for longer, until they become your natural vibration or feeling.

I particularly liked the Wouldn't it be nice if and the wallet games. There is lots of talk about your emotional guidance system and scale. This is better explained in the first book.

Towards the end of the book. I thought they could have combined several of the chapters together to bring to book to an end sooner. As ever, there is a transcript of a workshop that they gave together. This I found quite revealing. As it takes the 'theory' and is used or spoken about in a live situation and with real people. For me, this was the real meat of the book it self.

Review - Dr.Dolf de Roos - Wealth Magnet

Most of you like me will have heard of Dolf through the Rich Dad books. He is a softly spoken New Zealander, who doesn't need to come across with all the US glitz, glamour and loud noise to make a point.

Here, Dolf through his program Wealth Magnet begins to discuss the psychology of the wealthy and rich. Nothing new there then.

In the introduction some very large claims are made about the program. i.e. By listening to this you will learn A,B and C. Do they marry up? I can't honestly remember. I was shocked at the bold claims or sheer list of them.

When listening to Dolf it felt very much like he was having a dicussion with just me. Only a few exercises are outlined. Coming from a very sicentic background, he has tested these exercises throughly. Yet, most people will not even complete these and apartently, most people will not listen to the entire CD series?? Why??

He quotes quite heavily from The Millionaire Mind Next Door by Thomas Stanley. Yet, since this is perhaps the seminal work on the 'millionaire'. I'm not surprised.

The exercises are deceptively simple, there in lies there beauty. Like most of these programs you need to do them for a month. I'm still in that month. Thus I'm still reading my new beliefs that I want to take on. He realises that these are beliefs that you may not believe as true at the moment, yet you want to. That is quite refreshing. Saying your wanted beliefs out loud to somebody is quite uncomfortable. Especially if they don't hold and want the same for you. I'm carrying around currently £500 in crisp £50 notes. Not the £1000. I didn't have it as I started. Ordering the money from the bank is great. You get some 16 year old kid look at you. Then you walk out the bank with large, red notes. Carrying them around is quite easy and becomes very comfortable after a while. Roll on the £1000.

The whole point is to just hold the money on you and not do anything with it. As Dolf puts it. You want to be a millionaire, yet you're uncomfortable carrying around a paltry £1000. I'm upping to £1000 this week. There is naturally a section on goal setting. I seem to be an old hat at this. There must be a belief somewhere holding me back. This is all that prevents me from getting my goals quicker...belief change here we come.

It did use one of my £50, in exchange for 5 £10 notes. I felt guilty dipping into my £50s. I couldn't wait to get to the bank and exchange them all for another £50. The reaction of people when I said yes I've got a £50 was quite interesting. I think people just didn't expect anybody, certainly me to be carrying £50s. IT was wonderful being able to do that.

He mentions that the wealthy read the Economist more than other sections of the social strata. I'm having issues reconciling with this since, I'm becoming a fan of a media black out. When I tell others this I'm quite strong in my view/opinion. Point me at a newspaper and I'll show you the non news, uneducated opinion that is flogged as news. (off soap box). Thankfully the Economist has an audio version. I use to read it many, moons ago. It took me ages to complete it.

This is worth a listen if you want something other than US razzmatazz. The exercises are deceptively simple. Yet most of you will not implement them. This goes very well with Randy Gage's Prosperity CDs.

Review - Joe Vitale - The Advanced Clearing Audio

It has been a month since I began listening to The Advanced Clearing Audio by Joe Vitale.

The 1st thing I noticed was there was many more tracks with this recording than the pre-listened to and reviewed The Clearing Audio. The tracks are generally shorter in length, about 10 minutes each give or take. Secondly there are tracks with Joe speaking, a woman speaking and then both speaking together. You hear Joe in one ear and the woman in your other ear. If you have never heard this double induction type of recording before it can be quite off putting.

Quickly you get use to it and you jump from one ear to the other or just listen in the middle of each voice, picking out what is pertinent to you at that particular moment. I did find the woman's voice very soothing when she was doing the speaking by herself. On the double induction recordings, the same phrases were spoken, yet it was interesting to notice what Joe emphasised and when the woman did. Yet, they were the same phrases. I did like her single voice track.

There are also tracks where each person speaks and the messages are subliminally delivered.

Similarly, to the Clearing Audio, there is a music only track. I don't both listening to this much at all.

All tracks have background music playing too. I caught myself many times on the train, or typing on my laptop, either tapping or humming to the tunes. This can only help you absorb the spoken messages.

I'm glad that I'd listened to the Clearing Audio first. The Advanced Clearing Audio is "advanced", I think because the phrases are much more about your identity. Many of the phrases are I am X, I am X .

I think if I had not listened to The Clearing Audio first, I would have struggled to accept these identity phrases as easily as I did. The first time I heard them I did go, yeah right! Then subsequent listenings I accepted the phrases with much greater ease until I began using the phrases in my very daily speech, which can only be a good thing.

I did miss however the four key phrases from The Clearing Audio and Zero Limits. I didn't hear them as a 'collective'. These phrases are so much a part of my daily self talk now. I missed them.

On the whole I think this is worth listening to on a regular basis. I just don't bother listening to the music only tracks. I now have The Advanced Clearing Audio and the Clearing Audio playing daily as background noise. I've certainly had times when I'd wait to listen to the tracks and noticed on the days that I'd wake up not on top form, it was only after I'd listened to these tracks that I felt better. Sometimes I'd wait to listen to them. I'd some how get or be angry, upset, frustrated. I'd sometimes put off listening to the tracks. Again, it was only afterwards did I notice my mood shift.

I think you really must listen to the Clearing Audio first before you go for this one. This will be a stretch otherwise and you'll stop listening before the words and phrases have been able to take affect and sink completely into your unconscious mind and reappear as part of your daily life and success.

As ever, I like to test the support with the items I buy. This is where Joe is let down. I emailed him and 'web' twice to no avail. Yet, his sales team did call me about his coaching program. So maybe a half a point, or are the sales team on commission?

I look forward to watching the video version, The Clearing Video . Immediately, I wonder how does it compare to the video Subliminal Manifestation Vol. 4: Attracting Wealth: Magnetizing Your Unconscious Mind for Prosperity ? which I really like and watch repeatedly. This should be required watching instead of soaps!

Although I keep thinking about his The Money Clearing Audio too.

Review - Randy Gage - The 7 Spiritual Laws of Prosperity

This is the last book in Randy's Prosperity Series. Within it are 7 basic laws of prosperity.

Most chapters have affirmations which you can begin to use to program your mind for more prosperity. some useful reframes of language are contained also. I particularly like how Randy now calls his bills, his blessings.

This is quite a short book. I don't think it is worth getting by its self. Get the whole prosperity series. If you like the ideas presented in this book and his whole series. It is worth checking out his Prosperity CD set, which I think compliments, the book series really well. In short the CD series, expands on the books.

Review - Randy Gage - Prosperity Mindset

The 4th book in his Prosperity Series. For me this book further expands on the ideas presented in Randy's book Accept Your Abundance. Although it isn't directly a how to book. By reading it you can take each chapter and the ideas presented, if followed become the 'how to'.

Again it is a book written to challenge your current prosperity thinking. It is one that stands on its own, yet I feel should be read with Accept Your Abundance, as they compliment each other very well.

Some of the chapters are similar to Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich. Yet, the chapters are brought up to date. For me this is a much easier to read than Napoleon's book.

Review - Randy Gage - 37 Secrets About Prosperity

The 3rd in Randy's Prosperity Series. A short book by comparaision, yet the information inside it is actually gold. Randy details 37 secrets about prosperity, that I think you would be well advised to live your life by and through if you want true prosperity.

He details one principle or idea, then explains the idea in further detail. Some you may know, some you will not.

Randy says quite emphatically, he doesn't want to be your guru. Which is actually rather refreshing. Yet, if you want to learn true prosperity and how to manifest wealth and abundance he is certainly somebody I think worthy of further investigation.

Have you noticed how many people are jumping on the how to solve the credit crunch and create true wealth and abundance" band wagon,? Yet they are broke, they can't rub two pence together. I'm sorry for me somebody you really understands wealth, prosperity and abundance has lots of cash...period!!

In a recent emai I received from him he stated the following :

If you want to manifest real abundance in your life, you have to be comfortable spending $60,000 for a watch, $250,000 for a car, or ten grand on a nice pair of custom-made shoes. You have to be able to do that without any of the guilt bullshit that organized religion, the media, and the government want to burden you with to keep you broke. You have to be willing to be selfish. Then, and only then, can you write the big checks to charities, serve causes, and help the people that matter most to you in a meaningful way.

In addition he also says, if you don't have $10 million in cash you're poor! Now that will slap you right in the face I bet. Yet, I love that as a definintion. Isn't that something wonderful to work and play towards?

Randy doesn't need to hold back. He has been, there and done it. Boy has he really done it.

Randy's complete Prosperity Series is something I've read more than once. It is one of the very, very few things that I come back to as each year begins. I do that as a refresher, since I want more money, wealth, prosperity and abundance in my life.

The yearly read is for me a clear indication of how good, relevant and truthful the information is. If you're wanting more money, wealth and abundance in all its forms. It will be for you too.

If you dislike the phrase, yet you are beginning your journey to more prosperity. This will make sense. You'll soon learn why you'll hate that phrase!

Save yourself some money and buy the complete set..

Review - Randy Gage - Accept Your Abundance

This is the 2nd book in Randy's Prosperity Series. For me this book is a real eye opener for accepting and having your own prosperity.

Most of us, including me have or have had issues with accepting prosperity into our lives. Mostly I think due to parents, schooling and social and media pressure that until we know better or different. We perceive as the truth. In this book, Randy begins to challenge these long held beliefs.

He will challenge you to think about your current 'victimhood, then begin with a simple exercise on how to change this idea. You are the star in your own movie.

The chapter on Lack Programming is well thought out and explained. You may want to read it several times. Heed his advice. If not the first time around. If you permit yourself to read it again and again. You will begin to understand what he actually says comes, I think from a stronger position that the movies, parents and anything else you let 'program' you.

The Art or as Randy calls it Virtue of Selfishness, is perhaps the hardest to grasp. It required a shift in my mind. I'd have said for ages I'd always say yes to others, out of a loyalty that was and for many is misplaced.

Certainly read this chapter again and again. Once you come out to the otherside. I think, no I know you're in a stronger place. Much of the writing in this chapter I recognised from the writings of Ayn Rand - Atlas Shrugged. Highly worth reading too. Although I'd read Randy's book first. Otherwise I think you'll miss the nuances in Rand's own writing.

Much of the book is recognising through Gage's own history your sources of lack programming. It has one of the best definitions or monetary levels for being poor. I often find myself quoting it. I'm working my way towards that level of monetary financial freedom. Happy Days

Unlike his book 37 Secrets, this I think holds its own as an individual book.

Review - Randy Gage - 101 Keys To Prosperity

This is the 1st book in Randy's Prosperity Series. It literally is 101 key ideas or thoughts on how to achieve your own huge potential and greater prosperity in your life.

By prosperity do not just read MONEY. It is 101 truths that apply to all areas that make up a truly prosperous life.

For me Randy's whole Prosperity Series is something I read at least once a year. With each new year, I'm futher along my path to the prosperity level that I want. A new point always stands out for me each time I read the series. Or maybe at that point I'm ready to hear that particular message and truly make it part of my daily life and thoughts.

I think it is worth reading as part of the whole series, but not just on its own. Although idea No.3 will let you achieve all that you want. I think most people will want more instruction on how to imbibe these rules and ideas so that they become part of their being and not just an ethereal idea or concept.

This is not just directed at Randy, yet it is very common with many books. The authours present great ideas and concepts, yet little in the way of how to make the concepts and ideas part of your everyday way of being.

Once you have read the other books in Randy's prosperity series, these salient points are very easy to understand and begin to take on. Yet, I'm not certain that this book stands on its own. It could have done with some examples. i.e. when you're told don't affirm lack. I know most people don't understand, grasp or 'do' this principle.

How do I know?

They don't have everything they want in there life. Plain and Simple.

My advice, get the whole Prosperity Series and make it part of your yearly reading. Not just this single book.

Review - Ayn Rand - Atlas Shrugged

I found out about this book via Randy Gage and his various blogs and products. He highly recommends this book. I've learnt if I hear something enough times it must be good. Eventually I'll go and get myself a copy. Since I'm traveling at the moment it was easiest for me to grab the audio version and place it on my mp3 player.

Bare in mind I know where Randy is coming from when he recommends things. It is to truly help you shift your mindset. I must be honest my mind set is and has shifted because of following Randy's advice.

The book itself is split into several parts. Although a single story runs throughout. I sat and heard the book in just over a week. I must be honest I was horrified. Not at the prose or plot.

Rand isn't subtle in her thinking. Yet, most people I think will or have missed many of the messages and ideas that are woven within this story. Her reasons and explanations are well laid out and argued.

I was horrified since I recognised so much of the story and about how men who strive for greatness are pegged back or halted by the masses because the masses think it is not right or just that such men and women should amass such fortunes.

There is great battle between the central characters and the thieves (politicians and less courageous men).

I heard without doubt one of the best explanations concerning 'the love of money' maxim. How wrong most of you are.. The book alone is worth just the 15 minute monologue. Again it demonstrates the power of a metaphor. If you have an idea, don't just explain it dryly. Use a story or stories for people best to understand your ideas and points of view.

You and your world will be shaken by reading this book, no matter where you are in life.

Review - Essentials Skills - Money Magnet DVD and Workbook

I watched this earlier this week. I've got to say I wasn't all that impressed. The quality of the presentation seemed pretty poor and the sound quality was quite hit and miss, even with a microphone being past around the participants. The recording is taken from a seminar presentation. Whether they realised it or not there seemed to me almost a battle going on between Tom Vizzini and Kimberly McFarland, who would actually be the presenter and give all the detail.

The DVD is about Kim's wealth attraction/creation strategy. i.e. how does she attract things easily and effortlessly into her life. It is not very often a NLP trainer, Tom, sees another trainer with a strategy and models them directly. It should be noted that the strategy can be used for more than just attracting money. Yet at this present time, money is in the minds of many people.

You will have to decide if Kim has or portrays the amount of money, wealth and abundance that you want in your life. I'm still a fan of Randy Gage's definition. Anything less than $10 million and you are poor.

I watched the DVD, made my own notes as I went along and then went over the accompanying work book. Normally I like to write up my review as soon as possible after reading or watching whatever it is I have to hand. If I notice synchronicity, events or items later on I h add them to the review.

The interesting part for me was that for whatever reason. I think it may have been dinner! I didn't write up my post. I waited days before I wrote my post. Despite the quality of the recording and my other misgivings. I've notice a key part of the strategy appearing in my own life. The step is think about something that you want to attract into your life. Then at the end of the strategy, just think for saying to yourself. Of course, it will happen, why shouldn't it.? Just knowing that will happens, as sure as night follows day, or the example they use is, as holding a pen in your hand and letting go of it. You know that the pen will fall to the ground. That knowing of certainty, is what you went when you begin to think about attracting something into your life.

I want this in my life...of course it will happen. As sure as night follows day!

So far, they are the only couple or person that I know of who have included this in their attraction strategy, that I have without realising it, incorporated into my attraction strategy. Well Done! If you fancy expanding your attraction strategy, it may well be worth checking out, here.

The other downside, although not connected to the DVD is that I've emailed them twice via their support system and still had no reply. If your website is your shop window, answer email! The best way to keep and attract new customers is to be in constant contact with them.

Review - Money, and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Wealth, Health, and Happiness (Book)

After watching the DVD several times I thought is was time to go and get the book version that had inspired/pushed me to purchase the DVD version just before Christmas.

The book's subtitle Learning to Attract Wealth, Health, and Happiness was somewhat missed by me each and every time I looked at the cover. I wanted to attracted the money! Since reading it I've found an unexpected £300. As a result of the book, I don't know, if it just because of the book. Yet, hello £300.

Money in and of itself is only one part of the book. Other parts include applying the Law of Attraction in general terms, shifting your mind set, health and career. Successful living in all these and other areas of your life really contribute towards real wealth. There is also one section that is a transcript of one of their workshops. The workshop recording is also included on a CD that is included with the book.

Again, like the DVD and their other books, it is more of a Q and A session between Abraham and Jerry. I'm getting more and more use to this, yet it can be quite tiring and turgid in some parts. Sometimes I found myself pondering over a point or idea to only have it later explained in the next page or two. That was pretty neat.

Again, there is much repetition about the idea of Say It As You Want It and on generating positive feelings about what you want it. I've now learnt and am applying that if I'm not feeling on top, excited and happy form. I'm not in alignment with what I or the Universe has intended for me. There are some excellent one liners, that I've taken on bored and they are becoming more and more a part of my daily life, which is constantly improving.

It takes some getting use to believing or taking on the ideas presented within the book. i.e.

That if you have a desire for something, it means you also have the ability to achieve it

or

money is as easily available to you as breathing in air.

The taking on beliefs and how could be further explained although I've noticed sometimes, I've just needed to decide THIS IS MY NEW BELIEF. Other times I've had to go through a whole belief change process, of which I know many.

Sometimes reading a book like this you can get all the hype and become really positive, believe it all. Then, bang, somebody, somewhere hits you for six. This happened to me on several occasions. I don't always immediately see the positive in the situation. Yet the advantage of hiding and reading the book for me was that within a page or two I was again feeling better and once more believing I can change my beliefs around money, wealth and abundance. I was again feeling happier about my money and the money coming towards me. Therefore I must be on the right track to my riches.

Although the book can be somewhat dry at times. The real value is in the constant repeitition of the key messages, thoughts and ides. If you want an easier introduction, watch the DVD first.

As they say : say it like you want it, is actually a great help in accomplishing everything that you want. At first it might sound silly that just talking about what you want and not what is happening in your reality will manifest the riches that you want.

Yet, after a while, the way I want certainly became my natural story and I just started smiling and feeling really good, as I talked about what I wanted. Therefore it has become my NEW STORY and is on its way to me. That I have little or no doubt.

Review - Abraham Hick - Money and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Wealth, Health, and Happiness (DVD)

Well this all started because for several weeks leading up to Christmas I kept seeing the book version of this in the same shop that I often go into. Several times I would look at it, pick it up, turn it over, mull over the idea of making a purchase and then put it down again, and walk out the shop.

Well, curiosity, synchronicity or the fear of somebody else buying it got the better of me. I got the DVD version. I know, I know - see the book, buy the DVD. It makes perfect sense?

I knew about Jerry and Ester from watching The Secret. I'm pretty sure this has exploded their fan base. I tried to read their book, The Law of Attraction shortly after seeing them in The Secret. I just couldn't get into it. For me, it was too disjointed, It all seemed like one huge transcript of conversations. I just couldn't follow it. In the end I gave up.

Well the DVD version is talks by Esther or "Abraham" who talks through Esther. Abraham is something, being, entity from the Universe. Whether you believe in that or not go with it. These are taken from talks they give around the US. The words and monologues that Esther relays are often quite profound and if you are open to them make a lot of sense. Other times she is answering questions from people who are attending their seminars.

The whole DVD can be summed up as follows : Tell it the way you want it, not the way, it is and keep saying it until you achieve what you want!

Abraham's take on the news and the media is excellent, very true. If you don't think so. He says, the news you see and here,is just a minute blip on the 'news' radar for that moment in time. Try telling somebody that who watches the news on the television. See how strongly they argue against it. Or at least that was my experience. Their final thought is excellent and very true. I'll let you discover it for yourself. All I'll say is you will catch yourself. I did and do.

There is much repetition of ideas and thoughts, throughout the video. On the first viewing, I thought come on! Subsequent viewings I had the following thought well yes, of course there needs to be this repetition. You may already know much of these ideas and Abraham would say that you do. Yet, you're not living them or you don't believe them. You don't truly believe you can have, do and be anything you want, otherwise you would! Simple as that. You will I have no doubt need to watch this multiple times. Why, because you've had a life time of negative programming to the contrary.

If you have found yourself struggling to read the hard copy. Get the DVD, it is a great way to begin to understand what Abraham and Hicks are all about.

Review - Joe Vitale - The Clearing Audio

All,

This idea is very simple.

Listen to several tracks and by listening to the tracks and absorbing the spoken and 'subliminal messages' you naturally, quickly and easily let go, clear or release your stuff!

Happy Days.

I don't know if because of listening I let go of lots of stuff. I'm doing lots of things to let go and clear my own things and negative thoughts and emotions at the moment. I can't say because of listening to just these recordings X happened.

I can say however that as recommended you need to listen to the words and messages for at least a month. I think because other things i.e. negative emotions, limiting decisions and words come up as you listen to the tracks and just go about your daily life.

The recordings are about 20 minutes in length. So you can easily listen to them each day. I would often listen to The Clearing Audio as I walked my dog. Or traveled to and from my old office. I now just play them as background noise. They can be repeating for hours at a time. I've dumped the television!

I feel the tracks have been effective when I'm reading a book and I begin questioning the material and the author's motives or intent.

The real magic happens when you just have The Clearing Audio on in the background and the tracks become part of your everyday listening. You forget that they are playing. The music is pleasing to the ear and quite catchy.

There is one track that is just the music. I don't bother with this track much. I'd much rather release and attract what I want into my life. There is a track that has subliminal messages on it. The words of the messages are the same as the audible word track. Also if you listen carefully, you can often hear the end of words i.e. Ssss. So the subliminals are audible...just. There goes your fear of subliminal messages!

I often played the tracks as I slept at night. Does it work? I don't know, yet in one of my dreams recently I caught myself saying, I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank You and I love you. These phrases are repeated often on the tracks

I've heard, watched and read much of the material by Joe in the last 6 months. Changes are happening, thanks to listening to many of his recordings. Quite often I'll be listening to my own internal self talk and I'll be repeating. I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank You and I love you. These are words and phrases on this recording. I didn't really grasp the simplicity of the phrases, yet. As my own internal self talk. It certainly beats the berating I use to give my self.

The real aha moment came for me when I swapped over and started listening to The Advanced Clearing Audio. All I'll say is, The Advanced Clearing Audio brings up stuff about your identity. i.e. Your - I am X statements. i.e. I am a husband, I am successfully, I am a coach. - No matter what you think you are, you are more than that!

I would say certainly this is a worthy addition to your success library. I don't know if you'll see results immediately (that is my belief). Yet, have it playing in the background when just doing stuff. The real magic happens I think. You forget it is there, yet you know it is still playing. Without realising you absorb the words and messages.

I'll write up more about The Advanced Clearing Audio in one month. I've recently seen Joe has released The Clearing For Money Audio too. Can't wait to get a copy of that one too!

How To Make 2009 Extra-Ordinary

All,

I've been reading and re-reading the following TUT message that I received a while back.

2009, will not be just another year.

It's the absolute richest I've ever imagined, with the most possibilities I've ever created, for the coolest people I've ever known, to do the greatest things that have ever been done.

Don't feel any pressure.

Let's do this,
The Universe

Just imagine that!! There is something about this that I can't quite put my finger on yet. All I know is that I like it! Rock on 2009.

Reframe : Finite or INFinite

All,

According to Google the word infinite means

Definitions of infinite on the Web:

    * having no limits or boundaries in time or space or extent or magnitude; "the infinite ingenuity of man"; "infinite wealth"
    * of verbs; having neither person nor number nor mood (as a participle or gerund or infinitive); "infinite verb form"
    * countless: too numerous to be counted; "incalculable riches"; "countless hours"; "an infinite number of reasons"; "innumerable difficulties"; "the multitudinous seas"; "myriad stars"; "untold thousands"
    * space: the unlimited expanse in which everything is located; "they tested his ability to locate objects in space"; "the boundless regions of the infinite"
    * total and all-embracing; "God's infinite wisdom"

Finite is the opposite of the above.

The last few days I've been thinking. For many areas of our lives the only way we can change things that we think are finite is to change...Where? What. The word infinite gives us a massive clue

IN - or more specifically. Within you and me.

Therefore, if we change our IN. Things become infinite. The only thing that places boundaries or limits on things is US.  Thus, change our IN for things to become INFINITE.
