Think of a negative emotion, limiting decision, bad habit or something that you want in your life that you don’t have right now. Give it a name or label. i.e. anger.
On a scale of 1-10 rate this emotion and its intensity. 1– being little or no emotional intensity and attachment. 10 being maximum intensity and emotional attachment.
