I just found this website that will let you have motivational software for free!

It is called the Motivator.

I don't know about you, but I need some help sometimes to change a habit. If like me you tend to spend much time in front of a pc screen. Your mind can wander.

This excellent and small piece of software, flashes, very quick short messages on your pc screen. The messages are flashed on your screen so quickly, that you can't see them, yet your eye actually can.

This free, yes FREE software, just sits and runs in the background on your laptop.
