Review - Rober G. Allen & Mark Victor Hansen - One Minute Millionaire

I listened to the following the last week. It like much at the moment has been sat on my mp3 player for such a long time.

I remember many moons ago when I was starting to really get into NLP. Gosh that seems like a long time ago.

Why aren't book written in an NLP presenting recommended style based on the 4Mat system or at least: Facts, figures theory reinforced by a metaphor or story?

This type and style of teaching and learning is only limited by a teachers imagination and ability. Ah we may hit a problem here in the UK.

I couldn't tell you the number of times I've seen this book, in Charity shops or Op shops as they call them in Aus. I freely admit I was put off it for a long time, because it was so small - what could it possibly contain that would be useful that I don't already know? Oh and one of the Authors is Robert G. Allen. Sorry, for me. Robert was always known as the No Money Down Sales Guy.

The past few weeks I've been clearing out my mp3 player of tracks that I've had on it for ages, I thought I might as well listen to this. Audio is here. I freely admit, I listen to a lot, where as some of you may read much. Yet, how much do you or I actually put into practice?

There was a reason that I always wanted a book to be written in a theory and facts followed by a story way. I LIKE IT. Yes, I am sometimes very quick on the up take me.

The book is mostly about the "how to mind set of millionaires", backed up with ideas and actions that would really help you if you followed through on them. It is all backed up with a metaphorically story based on the hard, dry theories. So either way you are a winner.

I'll not give away the story, suffice to say, if you were in the same situation, what would you do and how far would you go to succeed?

This book details how to become a millionaire using the power of leverage: using other people's resources and technology to multiply the effect of what you do. It is filled with quotes, affirmations and sayings. I don't think I've taken as many notes on a particular recording in a long time. Coupled with some format tips I learnt from Jim. I've been on a roll.

Whilst listen to the book, I wrote down several ideas for other products, that I'm thinking of releasing. I'm currently in the market research stage, to see if there is an actual market for them, and I'm not just emotionally attached to the things I like.

I just wish that this had been longer, with real life 'case studies' or stories. Do these works actually have a real world user base and application?

Review - Dave Wygant - Self Love

All,

I've starting to clear up, as Raymond Aaron would call it one of my messes. (Change doesn't have to be chaos). I am going through my mp3 player and listening to things that I have copied onto it and not listened to yet. Some mp3s can and have sat on my player for months and months and still never get listened to.

I had a spare hour the other day and listened to a track called Self Love by Dave Wygant. This is an audio track that is from his No Excuses package. I've not listen to this yet.

The Self Love Track is just under an hour long. It is aimed at men, yet the information could easily apply to women and children as well.

Dave is very direct in his language, he can and does swear. Not my cup of, yet as a speaker he is very engaging and direct. He had me laughing to myself as I was walking in the sunshine. Always an excellent sign. Being miserable does take a lot of effort.

I would say that not loving yourself, is perhaps the biggest missing secret in this whole law of attraction thing or getting what you want. Did you read that? Not loving yourself is stopping you big time.

Your biggest problem is your ego. The best thing you can do is leave it at the door!

Dave asks some very probing questions, that you really should take the time to answer.

i.e How do I judge myself?
What am I jealous of?

Since you now journal, are you recording your daily wins? Who did you meet? What did you share? How and what did you both win?

He recites one of the best answers I've every heard for what love is. This inspirational piece is worth the cost of the product alone!. If you're in a relationship, if this doesn't spark something within you. All I can say is there must be dead people on better form! Loving yourself is the best love affair you can have!

Listening to this I think will give you a wake up call. Remember if anything comes up, you can realease it easily and quickly with EFT.

Even though I do no love myself I deeply and completely, love forgive and accept myself.

Jay Abraham - 93 Extraordinary Referral Systems (Audio CD)

All,

I had a weekend driving this weekend. This for some reason had been sitting on my mp3 player for an age. I don't know why. Yet, since my business is picking up great steam. I'm taking more and more action on attracting and keeping my clients and customers.

You may not be in your own business or indeed working. Yet referrals are nothing more than talking and having a conversation with somebody and asking for somethign that you want.

Normally you'll be asking for something. An existing client or business to give you more clients or business with others.

If you work for somebody else and bring in referrals. The company will love you. Many I've worked for in the past have had a recruit a friend scheme. By which, if you introduce somebody to the firm and they end up working for them, you'll get the referral or finder's fee.

This collection is taken from Jay's seminars. He is regarded as a marketing genius. This is my first introduction to him. The bulk of this recording is other business owners talking about their own referral programs. You are sure to find one to fit your business.

It made me think of how many people and companies I deal with on a daily basis and yet, they don't ask for a referral. How much more successful could they be?

If you're not in business. How does this apply to you?

If you want something you have to ask for it. That is a referral!

If you then ask for it with passion, commitment and energy. You're even more likely to get it.

If you add value to somebody, they will add value to you. If you want some creative ideas on how to ask for what you want, this is great. I'll be listening to this again in 6 months or so. I think you'll pick up an idea or two to try out each time.

Review - Jim Rohn - How To Use A Journal

After a recent shout out to people on twitter, about, whether they use a journal or not and how. I was pointed to this easy recording by Jim Rohn.

This is something you can easily listen to in an hour or so.

This product makes me realise that there is pretty much a market for anything and everything.

I've been using a journal in various guises for the last 4 years. I have used ordinary paper and then various, shapes and sizes of book.

What Jim described to me was more of a daily diary, than what I know of a journal to be. "Dear Diary..."

I diary my events etc, when I'm travelling, yet not normally when I'm at home and being "normal". I journal, things I've heard or read. Not, today this happened and I felt.

A few things I liked. i.e the idea of creating an index in the back of my own diary system.

Moleskine, if you're reading this, can you add page number to the pages?

It did make me think I need to diagram and doodle more. If you're not an artist. I can easily recommend the following book by Nancy Marguilies.

I've set up a few reminders so that I review my writings, weekly, monthly and yearly. Only time will tell how this goes and whether I do it consistently.

I actually felt much of this information was rather simplistic. Do you need a whole section on why and how to journal? I think if you have the inclination to write, doodle or journal. You will. It is not something you can be forced to do.
